Wild Boar and Fine Wine Festival

The first edition of the Wild Boar and Fine Wine Festival debuted in Cellamare on Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Piazza Don Bosco. Starting at 5:30 PM, in the council chamber, a conference titled "Good practices for establishing a supply chain for the management of Apulian game meat" was held, with institutional representatives and industry experts. Following this, the festival enlivened the square with tastings of orecchiette with wild boar ragù, braised wild boar, and a selection of local wines, while the CC's Live Band provided live musical entertainment. The event, created by the URCA association with the Pro Loco and the support of the municipal administration, immediately distinguished itself as the only wild boar festival in the province of Bari.
