Edition 2025 — Who Stole My Cheese?

In 2025, "Who Stole My Cheese?" confirmed Todi as the spring capital of Umbrian cheese. The festival brought together dairies and artisanal producers, offering tastings, direct sales, workshops, and food and wine pairings in the heart of the historic center, with a particular focus on promoting local supply chains.

The 2025 edition animated the squares of Todi with the best of artisanal cheese production. Among the producers' stalls, guided tastings, and workshops, the festival offered a complete journey to discover the cheeses of the region and other Italian regions. There were also show cooking events and meetings dedicated to food culture, in a setting that combined taste and Tuderte tradition.

Programme

The 2025 program included the Taste Village with cheese producers, tastings with wine and beer pairings, workshops for adults and children, show cooking, and guided tours in the historic center of Todi.
