Wheat Festival – Baucina Food Fest

The eighth edition of the Wheat Festival – Baucina Food Fest was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, from 2:00 PM until midnight and beyond, animating the historic center of Baucina with a rich program.

The day opened at 2:00 PM with the gastro-cultural walk Il Gusto dell'Arte organized by the PAD Art District, followed at 4:00 PM by the opening of the Via d'un tempo with ancient trades. At 4:30 PM, the Mani in pasta workshops and craft and agricultural markets took place on Via Umberto I; at 5:30 PM, the evocative re-enactment of the Pisata and Spagghiata with mules, straw, and vintage tools. From 6:00 PM, the Baucina Food Fest began with street food based on local products. The evening featured the Baucinas Aires tango milonga (8:00 PM), video mapping by Dario Denso Andriolo (9:00 PM), and a live concert by Lello Analfino and his Tinturia Ork&stra (10:00 PM), followed by a DJ set until late. Admission was free.
