2025 Wheat Festival in Roseto Valfortore

From July 18 to 20, 2025, Roseto Valfortore celebrated the Wheat and Ancient Crafts Festival. On Friday the 18th, starting at 5:30 PM, the event opened at Largo Mercato with stalls featuring local products and markets, followed by the roundtable "Inland Areas – Future Perspectives in Agriculture" and an evening performance by a folk group. On Saturday the 19th, the "Città di Roseto" band enlivened the town streets, alongside the Vespa 50 Special rally and the bread-making workshop; in the afternoon, the wheat harvesting and threshing demonstration took place at the R.S.S.A. with rustic tastings, and in the evening, the culinary tour through the historic center featured the re-enactment of ancient crafts and a concert by the Bufu Group in Piazza Vecchia. On Sunday the 20th, at 7:00 AM, a guided hike took place among the water mills and the Rocchetta, followed by children's games in Piazza Bartolomeo and, in the evening, a concert by Nico Martucci at the amphitheater.
