2025 Edition

The 2025 Wine Culture Weeks were held from July 18 to August 1 in San Paolo, a hamlet of Appiano on the Wine Road, in the province of Bolzano. The program offered concert evenings, in-depth conferences, vernissages, and introductory sommelier courses among the cellars and courtyards of the village.

The centerpiece of the edition was the Gastliche Tafel on July 22, 2025: the South Tyrolean Michelin-starred chef Herbert Hintner, with the team from the Zur Rose restaurant in Appiano, led the dinner along a table over 120 meters long set up in the historic alleys, paired with local wines. The evening, sold out well in advance as per tradition, confirmed the event's fame far beyond regional borders.
