Edition 2025 — WeinKulturFest

In 2025, the WeinKulturFest took place on Thursday, May 29, at the Festplatz in Marling, on Via Franz Innerhofer. That edition also featured a tasting stroll that brought together local wineries and producers with wines, spirits, liqueurs, and cocktails, accompanied by local dishes and live music from two local bands.

The 2025 edition of the WeinKulturFest Marling was held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Marling Festplatz (Via Franz Innerhofer), traditionally opening the WeinKultur Erlebnisse cycle. Along the stands, visitors tasted local Marling wines, fine spirits, artisanal liqueurs, and creative cocktails, served directly by the producers. The wine selection was complemented by dishes designed to enhance the wines and desserts prepared by the local farm women using fresh, regional ingredients.

Participants included the Merano Winery and the wine estates Popphof, Pardellerhof, Plonerhof, Hillepranter, Eichenstein, Geier, and Gruberhof, along with the Lahnerhof distillery and Bruggerhof liqueur producer. The evening's atmosphere was enlivened by live music from two local bands, making for a convivial festival in the heart of the Burggrafenamt, in the province of Bolzano.
