Walking Among the Casot of Rocchetta Tanaro

Walking Among the Casot of Rocchetta Tanaro is an event organized by the Pro Loco of Rocchetta Tanaro to promote the local territory in the province of Asti. The established format features a food and wine walk through the vineyards, woods, and countryside of the Asti Monferrato, starting from the town center and focusing on the characteristic casot, the agricultural shelters that tell the rural history of these hills.

As per tradition, the walk concludes with a convivial dinner at the Fattoria Roceta, the ancient farmhouse of the Incisa della Rocchetta castle, where guests can enjoy Piedmontese cuisine paired with local wines. It is an opportunity to discover an authentic Monferrato on foot, amidst landscapes, history, and local flavors.
