Walk through fields and woods in Alta Val Luretta Remembering Giò

14th Edition — Spring 2025

The fourteenth edition of Remembering Giò was held in the spring of 2025 in Piozzano, on the hills of Alta Val Luretta in Piacenza. The recreational-motor walk open to all, at a leisurely pace, re-offered the three historic routes of 6, 10, and 15 km through fields and woods, with start and finish at the Piozzano Sports Field.

Organized by the Rio Canto Cultural Association A.P.S. with the patronage of the Municipality of Piozzano and the collaboration of the Pro Loco, the walk confirmed its dual spirit as a gentle sporting event and a moment of remembrance and socialising, in a particularly picturesque hilly environment during the flowering season.
