Edition 2025 — Katharinaberg Volunteer Fire Department Waldfest

In the summer of 2025, the Waldfest of the Katharinaberg Volunteer Fire Department took place as tradition dictates on the Nischler Sand grounds in Monte Santa Caterina, Val Senales. The volunteer firefighters' forest festival brought the mountain community together for a day of open-air brass music, South Tyrolean culinary specialties, and conviviality, confirming the event's central role in the village's summer calendar.

The 2025 edition of the Waldfest of the volunteer firefighters of Katharinaberg/Monte Santa Caterina renewed the summer tradition on the Nischler Sand grounds, in the Municipality of Senales (BZ). As is customary for South Tyrolean Waldfeste, the day combined local brass band music, South Tyrolean dishes, and grilled specialties prepared on-site, in a family-friendly atmosphere among the mountains of Val Senales. The proceeds from the festival supported the activities of the volunteer fire department, a key point of reference for the safety and social life of the village.
