A Child's Christmas in Seregno

When December arrives, the Parco Madonna della Campagna, in the Fuin area of Seregno (Province of Monza and Brianza), dresses up for the holidays and becomes the Magical Santa Claus Village. It's one of the most beloved events for families, designed especially for the little ones and offered free of charge by the Associazione Madonna della Campagna.

What you'll find in the village

The village is a concentration of Christmas magic:

• Christmas inflatables, elves, face painting, and entertainment;
• Santa Claus's house with a puppet show;
• The post office with Christmas postmen, who help children write letters (in Italian and English) to be delivered directly to Santa Claus;
• Farm animals such as sheep, donkeys, and horses;
• Craft market and food stall with typical specialties.

A gift for the city

The great thing about the Christmas Village is that it's completely free: a gift that the Associazione Madonna della Campagna gives to all the children of Seregno and the surrounding areas. Volunteers transform the park into an enchanted place, where the magic of Christmas is experienced simply and authentically, far from commercial frenzy.

Why bring the children

Between writing a letter to Santa Claus, a ride on the inflatables, and petting the farm animals, the Christmas Village offers children a day of pure wonder. An event that warms the heart and, every December, marks the start of the holidays in Seregno.
