Edition 2025 — Waiting for April 25th

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Avolasca once again celebrated the memory of the Resistance with "Waiting for April 25th" at the village's Pro Loco area. Readings, stories, and insights into the Second World War period accompanied the community toward Liberation Day, with the traditional partisan pasta offered to all participants.

The 2025 edition of Waiting for April 25th was held at the Avolasca Pro Loco area, in the province of Alessandria, in the days leading up to Liberation Day. The event offered readings and stories about the Second World War and the Resistance, with moments of historical insight linked to the Tortona territory. As per tradition, the day concluded with the partisan pasta offered to all those present, in an atmosphere of conviviality and shared memory that confirmed the Avolasca community's bond with the values of freedom.
