Edition 2025 — W La Puglia! Rivalta

In 2025, the "Viva la Puglia" Apulian Festival took place in Rivalta di Torino from November 7 to 9, in Piazza Gerbidi, with free admission and continuous hours from 10:00 AM to midnight. Three days dedicated to Apulian cuisine and traditions, featuring street food, live music, and folk dances like pizzica and taranta.

The 2025 edition of the Apulian Festival transformed Piazza Gerbidi in Rivalta di Torino into a grand square of taste from November 7 to 9, with continuous opening from 10:00 AM to midnight and free admission.

The food stalls offered orecchiette with turnip tops, bombette di Alberobello, focaccia barese, fried panzerotti, artisanal taralli, and typical desserts, accompanied by Apulian craft beers and local wines. A covered area with tables welcomed visitors for lunch and dinner.

The event, organized by Cucina di Puglia, was framed by entertainment, live music, and traditional dances, with pizzica and taranta celebrating the folklore of the South.
