For its 21st edition on August 9, 2025, the event brought the courtyards and arches of Fraviano's historic center to life with its traditional tasting trail. Among the vaults, stations featured traditional Trentino dishes and mountain pasture cheeses paired with local wines.

Entertainment included two costumed stilt walkers performing roaming acts, clowns and comedic magic at various spots throughout the evening, and a permanent face-painting station, all accompanied by music throughout the village streets. The format included a single ticket with drinks excluded (850 tickets guaranteed) or the option to wander freely between the vaults with direct payment.
