Edition 2025 — Volo dell'Angelo
In 2025, the Volo dell'Angelo once again enlivened the tourist season in the Lucanian Dolomites, with openings from May to December, featuring weekend slots in spring and autumn and daily openings in mid-summer. Thousands of visitors launched themselves along the steel cable between Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa.
The 2025 season of the Volo dell'Angelo confirmed the attraction's great appeal, with a schedule similar to previous years: weekend openings in May and June, daily openings in July and August, and a return to the weekend format in autumn. The two lines between Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa allowed Italian and foreign tourists to fly over the spires of the Lucanian Dolomites, contributing to the tourist vitality of the two villages in the province of Potenza.
