Volksmusik at Karneid Castle - October 5, 2025

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Karneid Castle (Burg Karneid) hosted the customary afternoon of Volksmusik, the traditional folk music of South Tyrol. In the ancient halls and the courtyard of the manor, polyphonic singing and folk music ensembles performed in an intimate and authentic atmosphere.

The event, included in the cultural activities of the Municipality of Cornedo all'Isarco, combined the discovery of one of the most evocative castles in the Province of Bolzano with the pleasure of South Tyrolean musical tradition, attracting enthusiasts, families, and visitors to the Val d'Ega.

An afternoon of South Tyrolean folk music (Volksmusik) with choirs and traditional groups, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in the spaces of Karneid Castle (Burg Karneid). The detailed list of participating groups was not published online.
