Edition 2025 — Vogalonga
The 49th edition of Vogalonga, on Sunday, May 24, 2025, confirmed the event's great international appeal, with registrations selling out in just a few days and participants from all over the world, from Australia to the United States.
On the classic lagoon route of about 32 km, nearly 2,000 boats of all types gathered for a day of celebration of Venetian rowing among the islands and canals of the lagoon.
Programme
The 2025 edition followed the usual lagoon route with departure from St. Mark's Basin and arrival in the Grand Canal. Among the registered boats: 1,139 canoes and kayaks, 379 in English rowing, 264 in Venetian rowing, 65 dragon boats, and 109 of unclassified types.
