Edition 2025 — Vitello Rock

In 2025, the Vitello Rock Festival was held on July 12 in Roseto Valfortore, in the historic center of the Daunian village. In that edition, the star was also the whole spit-roasted veal, cooked for about ten hours, accompanied by street food and typical Monti Dauni products. The evenings were enlivened by live concerts from the Roseto Rock Festival, confirming the bond between gastronomy and music that characterizes the event.

Vitello Rock Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Vitello Rock Festival took place on July 12 in Roseto Valfortore, in the province of Foggia. As per tradition, the heart of the festival was the whole spit-roasted veal, slow-cooked for about ten hours, served alongside street food and typical Monti Dauni products.

In the historic center's amphitheater, the Roseto Rock Festival was held, featuring live performances by local and Capitanata-based artists and bands. The event, organized by the Municipality with the Pro Loco, attracted numerous visitors to the Daunian village, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated events of the Roseto summer.
