Visioni Stellate — Open-Air Cinema (Radici Urbane)

The predecessor to Visioni Stellate is the open-air cinema of the first edition of the Radici Urbane festival, which took place in 2025 from June 19th to 22nd in the evocative Chiostro di Santa Maria di Castello in Alessandria, Piedmont. On that occasion, the screenings under the stars were concentrated over the four days of the festival, rather than distributed across the entire province.

The festival debuted with a sell-out: the opening night featured "A Clockwork Orange" by Stanley Kubrick, screened outdoors before a large and engaged audience. The success of the 2025 edition, organized by the APS Requiem For a Film, encouraged the organizers to expand the offering in 2026 with the Visioni Stellate touring festival, extended to numerous towns in the Alessandria area.
