Edition 2025 — Violet Artichoke Festival

In 2025, the Violet Artichoke Festival of Sant'Erasmo once again celebrated the symbolic product of the garden of Venice with tastings, culinary advice, guided tours, and sales of zero-km products at Torre Massimiliana, in a day of celebration with free admission in the northern lagoon.

The 2025 edition of the Violet Artichoke Festival of Sant'Erasmo confirmed the format of the festival dedicated to the prized artichoke from the island known as "the garden of Venice" (VE). At Torre Massimiliana, tastings, culinary advice, guided tours, and sales of zero-km products showcased lagoon agriculture and its authentic flavours. A day with free admission immersed in the rural landscape of Sant'Erasmo, in Veneto, far from mass tourism.

The 2025 edition followed the usual structure: tastings of violet artichoke, culinary advice, guided tours of the island, and sale of zero-km products at Torre Massimiliana in Sant'Erasmo.
