Edition 2025 — Vinitaly and the City Ancona

In 2025, Vinitaly and the City took place in Verona from April 4th to 6th, prior to the announcement of the format's arrival in Ancona. The off-site event animated Verona's historic centre with tastings, masterclasses, talks, and shows in Piazza dei Signori, Cortile Mercato Vecchio, and Cortile del Tribunale. It is from this proven formula that the 2026 Marche edition originates, the first edition entirely dedicated to the wines of the Marche region.

In 2025, Vinitaly and the City was held in Verona from April 4th to 6th, concurrently with the international exhibition. The off-site event, the popular soul of Vinitaly, offered a route of tastings, masterclasses, mixology, talks, and guided tours through the historic squares and courtyards of the city, opening on Friday evening and continuing through Saturday and Sunday until late at night.

The 2025 edition confirmed the format that, the following year, would be exported to Ancona and the Marche region: a widespread event, aimed at the end consumer, capable of combining wine promotion with the enhancement of the territory and culture. The 2026 Ancona stop thus represents the first Marche chapter of a consolidated format.
