Edition 2025 — Vini Vulcani
In 2025, Roncà celebrated its volcanic wines with another edition of Vini Vulcani. Between conferences, tastings of Durello, Soave, and Recioto, a food stall with risotto al Durello, musical evenings, and the traditional Barrel Race, the festival confirmed its role as an enogastronomic showcase for eastern Verona.
The 2025 edition of Vini Vulcani reprised the established formula of Roncà's wine festival. The region's wineries presented Durello, Soave, and Recioto, while the food stall offered typical dishes — with risotto al Durello leading the way. Amidst conferences, musical evenings, and the fun Barrel Race, the event reaffirmed its central place in the Veronese province's food and wine calendar.
