Edition 2025 — Vincisgrassi Festival

The 2025 edition of the Vincisgrassi Festival took place from June 26 to 29 at Piazzale Europa in Osimo Sud, organized by the Sacra Famiglia Parish. Four days of celebration with food stalls dedicated to the famous Marche baked pasta, live music, dancing, and the traditional briscola tournament. A very well-attended event that confirmed the Osimo area's love for this regional culinary specialty.

The 2025 Vincisgrassi Festival was held from June 26 to 29 at Piazzale Europa, in Osimo Sud, organized by the Sacra Famiglia Parish. The program combined gastronomy and entertainment for four evenings.

It began on Thursday, June 26, with the briscola tournament at 9 PM, open to pairs of all ages. Friday, June 27, featured country dancing and disco music with a DJ from 9 PM. Saturday, June 28, saw a concert by the local band Zio Pecos, while Sunday, June 29, the festival concluded with music and traditional dances by Gianni & Angiolina. The food stalls, with vincisgrassi as the star, were open on weekend evenings, with take-away service also available for lunch on weekends.
