Vincenzo Alfieri Vernacular Theatre Festival

The 35th edition of the festival, curated by the Pro Loco of Latiano, offered a rich programme of vernacular comedies at the Teatro Olmi, with doors opening at 7:00 PM and the curtain rising at 7:30 PM. Among the shows on the bill: To pacci… in vacanza by the Filodrammatica «Ce Tiempi» from Manduria, La tela del Ragno by the Compagnia Ghèfiura from Squinzano, Al di là dell'orizzonte by the Pro Loco of Crispiano, Quaranta… ma non li dimostra by the Nuovo Teatro of Mesagne, and Le sorprese del divorzio by the Teatro e Vita company from Torre Santa Susanna. Attendance was by subscription (full price 35 euros, reduced 30 euros).
