Edition 2025 — Vinaltum

The second edition of Vinaltum took place on May 25 and 26, 2025, at Schloss Freudenstein in Appiano sulla strada del vino (Eppan an der Weinstraße). A forum dedicated to great wines from Italy and beyond, featuring tasting stands, exclusive masterclasses, and the Calice Maestro format reserved for those under 35. Sunday was open to the public, Monday to professionals, with the event closing with the Big Bottle Party featuring large-format bottles.

Vinaltum 2025 at Schloss Freudenstein

The second edition of Vinaltum was held on May 25 and 26, 2025, in the setting of Schloss Freudenstein in Appiano sulla strada del vino (Eppan an der Weinstraße), in the province of Bolzano. The format was enriched with the Calice Maestro, a free initiative dedicated to those under 35 and conceived as a tribute to Luciano Rappo, a historic figure in wine culture and co-founder of the event alongside Danilo D'Ambra.

The two days featured a Sunday open to wine lovers and a Monday reserved for industry professionals, with masterclasses led by experts and winery owners. The event concluded on Monday evening with the Big Bottle Party, dedicated to the tasting of large-format bottles. Preceding it, on May 24, was the exclusive invitation-only event Vinaltum – The Club, in collaboration with Franz Kraler.
