Edition 2025 — San Biagio Tortellata
In 2025, the hamlet of Villora, in the Municipality of Varsi (PR), once again hosted the traditional San Biagio Tortellata, the convivial lunch organized by the Friends of the Parish Association. "Tortelli d'erbetta", cured meats, and roasted "fiocco" enlivened a day of celebration in the heart of the Ceno Valley, Emilia-Romagna, with the usual support for parish activities.
The 2025 edition of the San Biagio Tortellata confirmed the deep bond between the small hamlet of Villora and its parish church. As tradition dictates, the lunch organized by the Friends of the Parish of San Biagio Association brought together residents and visitors around typical Parmesan cuisine dishes, especially the "tortelli d'erbetta". The event remains a much-anticipated occasion of the summer in the Ceno Valley, in the Municipality of Varsi, province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna.
