Villasmundo "La Ginestra" Living Nativity

Fourth edition (2024/2025)

The 4th edition of the Villasmundo Living Nativity opened its doors on December 26, 2024, and was repeated on December 29, then on January 1, 5, and 6, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with the meeting point at the Villasmundo sports field. Already in this edition, the event proposed its now-consolidated format: a narrative journey of approximately 300 meters through the Sughereta, with about twenty huts animated by over one hundred actors, ancient craft workshops, domestic scenes, and the final Nativity representation. The event, organized by the La Ginestra association with the patronage of the Municipality of Melilli, confirmed itself as one of the most beloved Christmas appointments in the province of Syracuse.
