For an entire weekend, the Cesare Battisti lakefront in Desenzano del Garda (province of Brescia) transforms into the Villaggio Coldiretti "Al Lago con Gusto", an event dedicated to regional excellences and the Italian agricultural supply chain. The initiative, promoted by Coldiretti, brings the best of Lombardy's and other regions' peasant production to the lakeside.

The Campagna Amica Market

The heart of the event is the Campagna Amica Market, with over 30 agricultural companies selling their products directly: cheeses, cured meats, honey, wines, vegetables, preserves, and specialties from the province of Brescia, other areas of Lombardy, Veneto, and Liguria. An opportunity to meet the producers and buy genuine short-chain products.

Street food, music, and entertainment

Alongside the market, the lakefront fills with food trucks and zero-km street food areas, with live music and DJ sets for all ages. Among the edition's highlights is the opening evening with a comedy show in Piazza Cappelletti and the official inauguration with authorities and Coldiretti representatives. The event attracts thousands of visitors every year.
