Edition 2025 — Village Festival

In 2025, the Village Festival of Pogliano Milanese also celebrated the patron saints Saints Peter and Paul with the exhibition of the Boja and Boietto and the Boja market, renewing a centuries-old tradition of faith and folklore.

The Village Festival has always been the identity event of Pogliano Milanese. Every year, around the first Sunday of July, the community celebrates the patron saints Peter and Paul, combining the religious dimension with the folkloristic one. The protagonists are the Boja and Boietto statues, the devil figures sculpted in wood in the 16th century, proudly displayed along with the characteristic Boja market. Amidst processions, stalls, and festive moments, the event confirms the town's strong connection with its traditions.
