Edition 2025 — Villafranca Carnival

The 2025 Villafranca Carnival brought Villafranca Tirrena to life with a series of events between late February and early March. Highlights included the "Carnival Party" with a children's mask parade at the "Fabrizio Ripa" Youth Center (March 1st) and the "Carnival Feast" organized by the Amare Villafranca Association in the square of the Our Lady of Lourdes church (March 2nd), featuring games, music, face painting, and a confetti battle.

Villafranca Carnival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Villafranca Carnival in Villafranca Tirrena featured multiple events spread between late February and early March. On Saturday, March 1st, the "Fabrizio Ripa" Youth Center hosted the Carnival Party, featuring a mask parade, snacks, and themed gadgets for children. On Sunday, March 2nd, in the square of the Our Lady of Lourdes church, the Amare Villafranca Association organized the Carnival Feast with games, music, face painting, cotton candy, soap bubbles, a confetti battle, and traditional chiacchiere. Events dedicated to the community's elderly were also confirmed, in line with the usual carnival programming of the Municipality of Villafranca Tirrena.

Programme

Saturday, March 1st, 5:00 PM - Carnival Party with mask parade at the "Fabrizio Ripa" Youth Center. Sunday, March 2nd, 3:00 PM - Carnival Feast at the Our Lady of Lourdes church square (Amare Villafranca Association): games, music, face painting, confetti battle, and chiacchiere.
