Villa Lagarina Carnival

In 2025, the Villa Lagarina Carnival took place as part of the Carnevale in Vallagarina circuit, which spanned from February 15 to March 9 across numerous villages in the valley. In Villa Lagarina, the festival followed the usual format beloved by the community: from 11:30 AM, food stalls opened with Alpini-style maccheroni al ragù, french fries, fortaie, cotton candy, crostoli, and the Alpini bar, along with games and entertainment for children. At 2:00 PM, the costume parade colored the streets of the historic center, while at 4:30 PM, the day concluded with the Alpini lottery draw. An event organized by the Pro Loco and the Alpini Group with the Municipality of Villa Lagarina, in the spirit of the popular traditions of Trentino-Alto Adige.
