Edition 2025 — Vi.Ta. Ovada Wine and Truffles
The 15th edition of Vi.Ta. - Ovada Wine and Truffles was held from November 14 to 16, 2025, in the historic center of Ovada, in the province of Alessandria, under the motto "Profumo di ViTa". The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Ovada and the Ovada Monferrato area with the Gran Monferrato Consortium and the Municipality of Ovada, celebrated local excellence.
The opening was marked by the inaugural dinner on Friday, November 14, at the Enoteca Regionale, dedicated to the pairing of Ovada DOCG and Gavi DOCG. On Saturday, November 15, the center came alive with markets, show cooking, tastings, and entertainment, while on Sunday, November 16, the Regional Truffle Fair gathered truffle hunters' stalls in Piazza Assunta, featuring hunting demonstrations with dogs and awards ceremonies. Among the experiences offered were guided tours of the historic center with tastings and panoramic climbs up the bell tower. Admission was free, with a tasting glass available for a nominal fee.
