Edition 2025 — Red Chicory Fair
The 2025 edition, the 27th, confirmed the fair's formula: food and wine stands open for lunch and dinner with radicchio risotto and traditional Veronese dishes, tastings and pairings with Verona Red Chicory IGP, accompanied by exhibitions, awards, and musical evenings. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Roveredo di Guà, once again highlighted one of the symbolic products of the Veronese gastronomic winter.
