Edition 2025 — Ventricina Party

On August 9 and 10, 2025, the Ventricina Party in Palmoli celebrated its twentieth edition in the Castello Marchesale courtyard. Organized by the Pro Loco, the festival offered, starting at 7:30 PM, tastings of ventricina of Palmoli and ventricina chunks grilled on the spot, with a side of Abruzzese tortarello, bread, wine, and dessert. The two evenings were enlivened by live music, attracting numerous visitors from the Alto Vastese area.

Ventricina Party 2025 — the 20th edition

The 2025 edition of the Ventricina Party in Palmoli, in the province of Chieti, marked an important milestone: the twentieth edition. The festival took place on August 9 and 10, 2025, in the Castello Marchesale courtyard, starting at 7:30 PM each evening.

The Pro Loco of Palmoli offered the traditional menu based on grilled ventricina chunks, cooked on the spot, and sliced ventricina of Palmoli, the sausage known in Palmoli as "viscich". Accompanying the tastings were a side of Abruzzese tortarello, bread, wine, and dessert, along with the live music that enlivened the two evenings of the festival.
