Ventricina & Bollicine — Fresagrandinaria stop

2025 Edition

In the summer of 2025, the municipality of Fresagrandinaria, in the province of Chieti, continued to promote the Ventricina del Vastese, a Slow Food Presidium cured meat that represents the gastronomic identity of the town and the entire district. The Ventricina is at the center of the village's summer initiatives, featuring tastings, producers' stalls, and moments of conviviality.

In the same year, the Ventricina & Bollicine festival, promoted by the Association of Ventricina del Vastese Producers with the patronage of the Abruzzo Region, showcased the flavors and traditions of the Vastese area in the circuit's municipalities, laying the groundwork for the expansion of the project that in 2026 brought Fresagrandinaria among the official stops of the traveling event.
