The 2025 edition of the Vecchio Ospedale Festival enlivened the spaces of the former Ospedale Maggiore in Cremona with exhibitions, concerts, theatre, book presentations, and workshops, in an inclusive and multicultural spirit, enhancing the city's historical heritage through culture.

The 2025 edition of the Vecchio Ospedale Festival brought days of art, music, and culture to the spaces of the former Ospedale Maggiore in Cremona. Exhibitions, concerts, theatre performances, book presentations, workshops, and guided tours animated the ancient complex, fostering a dialogue between historical memory and contemporary languages.

Promoted by the Latin American Association of Cremona with numerous third-sector organizations, the event confirmed its inclusive and multicultural spirit, enhancing one of the city's most significant sites and laying the groundwork for the sixth edition in 2026.
