Veal Rib Steak Festival 2025
The 2025 edition, the twentieth of the event, brought Priocca, in the Roero area (Cuneo), to life from August 14 to 17 as part of the San Rocco Feast. On Via and Piazza Roma, the Pro Loco set up stalls serving veal rib steak, Scottona beef tartare, traditional appetizers, and desserts, alongside special offerings like pizza on Friday and Sunday and slow-cooked pork on Saturday.
Each evening opened at 6:00 PM with a musical aperitif, followed by à la carte dinner from 7:00 PM, accompanied by live concerts, dance nights, and musical shows. Free admission for all four days, with local wines, beer, and cocktails available.
