Varzo Carnival

The 2025 Varzo Carnival confirmed the charm of a village festival deeply rooted in the Divedro Valley in Varzo (VB). In 2025, the program followed its established rituals: the grand parade of masked groups through the village streets, the distribution of polenta, sausages, and stew in Piazzale Trieste, and entertainment for families and children.

The more playful events were also unmissable, from the release of the satirical newspaper 'Asino' to the presentation of the 'Asino d'Oro' award, which closed the festival with the smile and self-irony that have always distinguished the Varzo carnival. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Valle Divedro with the Municipality of Varzo and local associations.
