Edition 2025 — Varzi Fair

In 2025 too, Varzi Fair enlivened May 1st in the medieval village of Varzi, with a market under the arcades, farm animals, mule parades, Oltrepò gastronomy, and guided tours. The fair confirms year after year the village's connection to the rural tradition of the Pavia Apennines.

The 2025 edition of Varzi Fair took place as tradition dictates on May 1st in the historic centre of Varzi, in the Province of Pavia. Along the village streets and arcades, there were market stalls, farm animals, parades of mules and carriages, and gastronomic stands with Salame di Varzi DOP and Oltrepò wines. Guided tours of the Malaspina Tower and historic churches, folk music, and an area dedicated to families were also present, confirming the tried-and-tested formula curated by Nuova Pro Loco Varzi.
