On December 14, 2025, the historic center of Racalmuto lit up with the Christmas edition of Vaneddra in Festa, an event that combined tradition, art, and the Christmas atmosphere. The route stretched from the Chiaramontano Castle to the square in front, reaching into the neighboring districts, animated by a walking tour through 'courtyards of hospitality' and recycling stalls.
Among the most evocative moments was the scenic re-enactment of the Holy Family searching for lodging, with a Norman-style costumed encampment, accompanied by Christmas carols and novenas. There were also artisanal nativity scenes, the inauguration of new artistic and urban decor projects, musical entertainment, and tastings of typical local products. The event, promoted by the Pro Loco of Racalmuto, confirmed its commitment to revitalizing the village alleys by involving the entire community.
