Valle Soana Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Valle Soana Carnival took place over the weekend of March 22 and 23. On Saturday evening, the traditional Carnival Dinner followed by a masquerade ball was held at the Ronco Canavese multipurpose hall.

On Sunday, after a lunch of beans and pork rinds, the parade of floats began along the classic route through Ronco, Forzo, and Valprato, with gourmet stops along the way and a final awards ceremony in Valprato. The procession included seven floats and numerous creative masks, spanning from the Middle Ages to modern times. The winner was the float dedicated to the medieval world, which was generously sized and meticulously detailed, featuring many costumed participants.
