Edition 2025 — Valle d'Itria Guitar Festival

The 2025 edition of the Valle d'Itria Guitar Festival took place from September 17 to 21, featuring five evenings in five iconic locations across the Valle d'Itria. Under the artistic direction of Lucrezia Bonasia and Giampaolo Bandini, the festival saw high attendance from local enthusiasts, international spectators, and professionals from Italian and European conservatories, confirming its status as a key Apulian event dedicated to classical guitar.

Valle d'Itria Guitar Festival 2025

The 2025 edition was held from September 17 to 21 across Martina Franca, Locorotondo, and Cisternino, under the artistic direction of Lucrezia Bonasia and Giampaolo Bandini. Five evenings in five different venues guided the audience through a musical journey dedicated to classical guitar, complemented by guitar and chamber music masterclasses and the international VGF Contest.

The opening concert on September 17, at the "Isidoro Chirulli" Municipal Library in Martina Franca, was performed by the Duo Bandini-Malfatti. The festival then moved to Locorotondo and Cisternino, with the September 19 stop at the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Costantinopoli featuring Giovanni Masi, winner of the 2025 VGF Contest. The festival concluded on September 21 at the Paolo Grassi Foundation Auditorium. The edition was a great critical and public success.

September 18 — Rectory of San Rocco, Locorotondo: Duo Cordalma (Lucrezia Bonasia, guitar; Federica Del Gaudio, cello). September 19 — Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Costantinopoli, Cisternino: Giovanni Masi, winner of the 2025 VGF Contest. September 20: Adriano Del Sal, international guitarist and professor in Vienna. September 21 — Paolo Grassi Foundation Auditorium, Martina Franca: Duo Variandi (closing concert).
