Edition 2025 — Valenza Focaccette Festival

In 2025, the Valenza Focaccette Festival in Aulla was held over two weekends in May, the 17th-18th and the 24th-25th, with evening openings on Saturdays and lunch service on Sundays. The stars were the focaccette cooked in terracotta discs, grilled meat, and traditional Lunigiana specialties, served in the indoor and outdoor areas of the village of Valenza.

The 2025 edition of the Valenza Focaccette Festival, in the municipality of Aulla (Massa-Carrara), took place over the two classic weekends in May: Saturday 17 and Sunday 18, then Saturday 24 and Sunday 25. The stalls opened on Saturday evening and also for lunch on Sunday, offering traditional focaccette cooked in terracotta discs and filled with cured meats and cheeses, along with grilled meat and Lunigiana specialties.

As every year, the festival confirmed its role as a signature event for the community of Valenza and the surrounding area, in a convivial atmosphere between indoor and outdoor spaces.
