Edition 2025 — Valcasoni Festival

The Valcasoni Festival 2025 took place in the spring, over several weekends, in the hamlet of Valcasoni in Eraclea, with its traditional cuisine featuring gnocchi with duck ragu, grilled meats, and polenta, the Fish Festival, and many musical evenings, all organized by the 'Sagronauti' volunteers.

In 2025 too, the hamlet of Valcasoni hosted the Jesus the Good Shepherd Celebrations, one of the most established spring festivals in the Eraclea area. Over several weekends, the cuisine offered traditional dishes — gnocchi and tagliatelle with duck ragu, grilled meats, polenta, mushrooms, and cheeses — alongside the Fish Festival and musical evenings. The event, supported by the 'Sagronauti' volunteer community, reaffirmed its role as a meeting point for families and lovers of good food.
