The 2025 edition was held in Ronzo-Chienis over two Sundays, September 28 and October 5, with a concentrated format designed to highlight the quality of the valley's organic vegetables. The inauguration, marked by sobriety, opened a weekend full of events dedicated to mountain agriculture.
The stars were the vegetables from the Val di Gresta Fruit and Vegetable Consortium — potatoes, carrots, and cabbage — along with the Giro dei Volti, the culinary tour through local flavors, children's workshops, live music from the Mori-Brentonico Social Band, the tourist train through the fields, and visits to the valley's cooperatives.
