Edition 2025 — Uto Ughi for Rome
The 2025 edition of «Uto Ughi for Rome» confirmed the festival's popular and free vocation, bringing the great classical repertoire to an ever-wider audience. Among the most attended events was the concert on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in Piazza Anco Marzio in Ostia, in the X Municipality of Rome.
On stage, Maestro Uto Ughi, accompanied by the I Virtuosi Italiani orchestra, guided the audience on a journey through masterpieces for violin and orchestra, from the Baroque to the 20th century: from concertos by Bach and Vivaldi—including the famous Four Seasons—to Boccherini, Kreisler, and Saint-Saëns, all enriched by the Maestro's stories.
The initiative, with free admission, was born from an idea of the Uto Ughi Foundation and was promoted by Roma Capitale with the Milanollo Association and Zètema Progetto Cultura, in the spirit of music as a universal heritage accessible to all in the Lazio region.
