2025 Edition - "Ostinato"
The 28th edition of Una Striscia di Terra Feconda was held in Rome from September 22 to November 3, 2025, with the theme Ostinato: an invitation to artistic resistance against the standardization of the music market. The festival, produced in collaboration between the Associazione Teatro dell'Ascolto and the Fondazione Musica per Roma, featured 22 concerts, three residencies, and many world premieres.
The festival opened on September 22 at the Casa del Jazz with Radici, the new project by singer Ada Montellanico. Among the protagonists of the edition were masters such as Gianluigi Trovesi, Barry Guy, Eri Yamamoto, and Enzo Favata, alongside new talents like Matteo Paggi, winner of the 2025 SIAE Prize. The concerts took place at the Casa del Jazz, the Teatro di Tor Bella Monaca, the Museo Civico di Zoologia, and the Cittadella della Musica in Civitavecchia, with Rai Radio 3 as media partner.
