Edition 2025 — Un Paese in Cucina

The second edition of Un Paese in Cucina was held in Galati Mamertino on December 14 and 15, 2024. Featuring culinary culture talk shows, "Hands in the Dough" workshops for children, cooking shows, tastings, folk performances, and DJ sets, the village celebrated the winter flavors of the Nebrodi: chestnuts, mushrooms, hazelnuts, and black pork.

The second edition of Un Paese in Cucina took place in Galati Mamertino on Saturday, December 14, and Sunday, December 15, 2024. The center of the village hosted talk shows dedicated to culinary culture, "Hands in the Dough" workshops for children, dish presentations and cooking shows, tastings, folk shows, live music, and DJ sets.

The stars were the typical products of the cold season in the Nebrodi: chestnuts, mushrooms, hazelnuts, and Nebrodi black pork. On Sunday, the event also offered culinary excursions along the trails towards the Catafurco Waterfall and the Borgo Molisa, combining taste and exploration of the territory.
