Un Grado e Mezzo – Climate and Environment Festival

The third edition of Un Grado e Mezzo was held from June 7th to July 19th, 2025, in a particularly significant year: 2025 was proclaimed by the United Nations as the "International Year of Glacier Preservation". The festival enlivened various Alpine locations, from Turin to Bardonecchia and Gressoney-Saint-Jean.

Scientific direction was entrusted to Elisa Palazzi, a climatologist, and Michele Freppaz, an expert on snow and Alpine soils, joined among others by Giorgio Vacchiano and Luca Mercalli. Among the offerings: narrated visits to the Mountain Museum in Turin, an escape room in Bardonecchia, and workshops for children and families in Gressoney-Saint-Jean.
