Edition 2025 — Un Borgo di Cioccolato

The 25th-anniversary edition of Un Borgo di Cioccolato took place on Saturday, March 22, and Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Palazzo Bertello in Borgo San Dalmazzo. Two days dedicated to the art of making and tasting chocolate, featuring stands, cooking shows, workshops, chocolate artworks, street food in the outdoor square, and numerous side events in the historic center.

2025 Edition: The fair's 25th anniversary

In 2025, Un Borgo di Cioccolato celebrated its 25th anniversary, held on March 22 and 23 at Palazzo Bertello, with an inauguration on Saturday at 10:30 AM and doors open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The indoor halls and the "Città di Borgo San Dalmazzo" Auditorium hosted stands, cooking shows, workshops, and chocolate artworks, while the outdoor square offered a variety of themed street food options.

Special highlights included the Saturday evening Chocolate Dinner (by reservation), the theatrical performance at the Auditorium, and the Hobbyist Market organized by the Circolo Santelmo along Via Vittorio Veneto. This edition confirmed the event's status as one of the most beloved in the Cuneo area's spring calendar.
