Edition 2025 — Lamb Scottadito Festival
In 2025, the Lamb Scottadito Festival enlivened the village of Monte Castello di Vibio for ten evenings. Lamb scottadito according to the secret local recipe, traditional Umbrian first courses such as duck ragu gnocchi, pappardelle, and tortellini, with dance orchestras and the Summer Pub to close each evening.
In 2025, the Lamb Scottadito Festival once again confirmed its role as the iconic festival of Monte Castello di Vibio (PG). For ten evenings, the food stalls offered lamb scottadito prepared with the typical local recipe, alongside duck ragu gnocchi, pappardelle, tortellini, and other traditional Umbrian dishes. The evenings continued with dance orchestras on a large dance floor and a themed Summer Pub, combining good food and fun in the heart of the village.
